Preview of appointment note on schedule view

Rather than the name of the clinic the on the appointment in the schedule view. It would be beneficial to have a preview to the appointment note, if there was one added.

Update Font of New Schedule

The overall look of the new schedule is inferior to the old schedule. The font appears more outdated is more difficult to read than the old. We would prefer the text to match the old schedule. With that said we would like the Patient Name to be in...

Chat feature updates

1. It would be helpful to have a chat received notification sound so the person receiving the chat will know to open the chat box. 2. A chat timestamp would also be helpful to know when the chat was sent.

POC tracking for discharge patients

For Plan of Care, when a patient is discharged they will come off of the report, is there a way to track those Plan of Cares so we don't lose them? In order to be medicare complient we need to have them signed.

Display resources on appt details

Can the resources be added to the appointment details in InsightGO, like they are in EMR? Therapists need to see which appts are using which resources in IGO.
