Adding icon to scheduler

Can an icon on an individual therapist scheduler be added to indicated if an individual patient has a 10th visit progress note or re-eval due? That way the therapist does not have to open the chart to actually see if they have one due. We print ou...

Apply button is greyed out

After "completing a goal" if the pt regresses, there is no way to unclick the completed goal and reset that goal. The apply button is grayed out. I was told by tech support that I need to delete the goal and rewrite it as a new one. This isn't acc...

Currently, the $ on the schedule indicates if the patient has a balance due, but I would like an icon on the schedule that notifies if the patient has a copay associated with their account (basically if there is something written in the "copay" bo...

visit count with max visit (XX of XX) vs authorized visits, alert when reaching the cap

It would be helpful to have the max visit count be considered (work like a count) in the "shield" of IGO to allow better tracking. It will only work when an authorization is put in vs just the standard insurance. It will count the visits but an al...

Move PN/POC Placement on Case Tab
