When documenting on a measurement/test in InsightGO, the therapist is using the measurement/test area to write a note. In InsightGO only the first 7 characters are visible for measures. In Insight Classic, the entire note is visible as a "Result".
It is difficult to read documents in the attachments section. If it could default documents to be larger or provide a larger window for veiwing this would assist chart review and ease of beginning a patient encounter.
