Test Reminder send a real reminder for the next appointment

Is it possible for the Test text reminders to give the patient the next appointment? Currently if you click the test button in client editor it sends an appointment reminder for a random appointment date, not the patient's next appointment. This w...

Manual Call option as a reminder

Text Alerts for Patients

I would like to ask whether or not the text alerts can be sent earlier than 24hrs prior to appt as well as the day of the appt. Are we able to customize this feature at all? Thank you!
