Test Reminder send a real reminder for the next appointment

Is it possible for the Test text reminders to give the patient the next appointment? Currently if you click the test button in client editor it sends an appointment reminder for a random appointment date, not the patient's next appointment. This would be nice for physical therapists sending day-of reminders to patients.
