Have a change log report for "Security", "Report" Access

We are noticing that the reports available to various groups keeps getting "unchecked". Not sure why this is happening. If it is someone in our organization, it would be helpful to know.

Security permission to restrict access to editing Fax Cover Letters

Right now, anyone can update a Fax Cover Letter. this should be restricted to Front Desk users and/or Regional Front Desk users.

Authorization Required check box

We would love to see an Authorization Required check box in the client's profile that would also be linked to reports we could run to ensure we are closely tracking these authorizations.

Sort Appt History Chronologically by year on Change Log Tab
