Cash register after arriving appointment

Currently if the patient has a balance the cash register opens as soon as you arrive the appointment, while this may be helpful for the front desk it is a pain for the clinical staff as it adds yet another click to the process of doing notes

When a client pays the receipt in IGO states Overpaid when the payment is a credit to the account would like this changed to Prepaid for services.

When a paymnet is taken for coinsurance and or Deductible and will be a credit on the account in IGO the receipt shows as overpaid which is confusing to Patients.

A warning when entering high-dollar patient payment amounts.

Feature Request: It would be nice to have an alert filter for high dollar entries that typically are errors in the data entry. Payment = $20.00 however entered as 2000.00 etc. Or as has happened twice recently in our clinic - the last 4 digits of ...

Add Virtual Credit card as a Payment method

When manually entering a payment we have only three options, check, EFT, and EOB only. We receive many virtual credit card payments. How can we add a VCC option?

Would like to change the name on the ledger.

Would like to change the parent name on the ledger to show the clinic name and address.
