IGO to have Preset timeframe for goal due dates instead of calendar selection

Goal due dates to be populated from a preset timeframe such as “4 or 6 week from now” dropdown rather than selecting a date on the calendar

Start/Stop times for services

Some payers are requesting the start & stop time for therapy services performed instead of total minutes. Are there fields in Clinicient for the start/stop time to be added?

Add Change Cosigner Feature

It would be helpful to be able to change the cosigner without the note having to be unsigned and re-routed to the correct signer. This feature exists in Classic and would be great to have in Go.

Include date of injury with counter under doctor icon in GO

Include date of injury with counter (similar to date of surgery with counter) under doctor icon in GO. If we are treating a conservatively managed patient, it is helpful to know an exact time frame since injury when considering progression.

Add click box to mark whether patient is on a functional maintenance program on all notes.

This will let each supervising therapist know if a patient is on a maintanence program without having to reach through evaluations or recerts.

Copy Forward PMH from case to case.

I would like to have the medical history section copied forward for returning patients so we don't have to retype or ask all those PMH questions again

Goals

Make it so that we can make multiple goals under 1 line. So if I select Scissors as being a deficit I can make multiple goals under that 1 heading all related to scissor skills.

Add POC tracking to L column in Classic EMR

Add POC tracking to the left column on the scheuduling tab in Classic EMR. In InsightGo the information is in L hand column when patient is highlighted on scheudle, would be nice to have in Classic version also

Have reminder for Fax reminder for when a Doctor is added to case both INSIGHTGO and EMR

... it can take front office almost 3 to 4 days to get the correct POC signed and referring doctor information put on case. She is requesting that there be an internal reminder for staff - front desk - to fax the correct information to the referri...

POC tracker updated from icon rather than case?

Can the POC tracker dates be added when clicking on the physician stethoscope icon in InsightGO? Would improve speed when documenting initial evals if POC dates could be added to icon in chart, rather than exiting chart to update in case.
