Cash register after arriving appointment

Currently if the patient has a balance the cash register opens as soon as you arrive the appointment, while this may be helpful for the front desk it is a pain for the clinical staff as it adds yet another click to the process of doing notes

Add Change Cosigner Feature

It would be helpful to be able to change the cosigner without the note having to be unsigned and re-routed to the correct signer. This feature exists in Classic and would be great to have in Go.

Include date of injury with counter under doctor icon in GO

Include date of injury with counter (similar to date of surgery with counter) under doctor icon in GO. If we are treating a conservatively managed patient, it is helpful to know an exact time frame since injury when considering progression.

Add click box to mark whether patient is on a functional maintenance program on all notes.

This will let each supervising therapist know if a patient is on a maintanence program without having to reach through evaluations or recerts.
