Case notes pop-up by hovering in schedule

Having a little window pop-up when hovering over an appointment with any notes that have been added to the case. E.g.: "do not double patient" - which would be helpful to see quickly when trying to schedule other patients.

Check in

Make it so when patients check in and have multiple appointments with difference disciplines that they are checked into all of their appointments with 1 click.

Ability to Select the therapist and looks at different locations at once to see their availability

In the new IGO schedule, the member isn't able to select the therapist and look at different communities to check the therapist's availability.

Display resources on appt details

Can the resources be added to the appointment details in InsightGO, like they are in EMR? Therapists need to see which appts are using which resources in IGO.

Change case after arrival

Is there a better way to change the case after the patient has been marked as arrived? We have several patients with 2 different cases and if they are incorrectly arrived under the wrong case, it makes it very difficult for the therapist to correc...

Delete all recurring appointments

When going to delete a recurring appointment, give the option to delete only this appointment or all appointments going forwards-- both regular patient appointments and "other" appointments.
