Auto Populated the referral default date DA expiration

This is a feature request to have a 90-day referral auto-populate when "Self Referred" is chosen as a Referral Source.

System Status Page

Almost every web-based software platform has a status page that let's us know when there's an outage. The current system of there being random tickets with little to no information, and riddled with grammatical and spelling errors aren't very help...
