The current system of there being random tickets with little to no information, and riddled with grammatical and spelling errors aren't very helpful because they never mention anything about steps being taken to resolve the issue or even an ETR

We appreciate your feedback. When analyzing requests, we take into consideration many variables such as the impact across the entire member base, the availability of workarounds, and long-term improvements to the platform. We are unlikely to implement this feature.
