Task Notification for Therapists

Pop-up notifications for open tasks: If a therapist is assigned a task for a particular patient, a pop-up message appears when opening a new PT note stating there is an outstanding task assigned to them for that patient.

Send task to multiple people, across roles Task Roles

I am needing to send tasks to multiple people but not all in a task role. Is there a way to do this? IE. I have 3 front desk staff in 1 clinic. I need them all to get the task, but do not need my front desks in my Cheyenne clinic to get the task. ...

Ability to save a task as a draft

If I am halfway through writing out a complex task note and I am interrupted, I either have to send it half finished or exit out completely. The ability to save task draft would be helpful in making sure nothing gets forgotten

Would like to be able to send tasks within the client editor.

Allow for Tasking while in the client editor. Currently have to close out of the client editor to generate a task.

Wondering if at this time there is the ability to add another Task role in addition to the 4 basic - front desk, therapist, admin, and Billing

Would like the ability to attach documents to tasks

For billing purposes. Would be able to send W9 or EOB.

Ability to Export All Outstanding Tasks, include Age by Task Date

Ability to export all tasks. Will need to be able to show tasks that are outstanding, show user, show date, show content of task, show user assigned, show date added, show age from date creation and another column to show age from task due date.

Ability to close multiple tasks

Member would like to have the ability to bulk close tasks rather than open each individual task to complete them.
