Send task to multiple people, across roles Task Roles

I am needing to send tasks to multiple people but not all in a task role. Is there a way to do this? IE. I have 3 front desk staff in 1 clinic. I need them all to get the task, but do not need my front desks in my Cheyenne clinic to get the task. Please advise of the easiest way to do this. I would prefer to not send the same task multiple times. Thank you.
