[Member] are currently implementing the BetterAccess integration with Clinicient. Right now, there is the option for the patient to upload files when booking an online appointment in BetterAccess (typically insurance pictures). After these files are uploaded to BetterAccess, these files do not flow over to Insight as part of the integration. The member must go into BetterAccess separately and manually download the files to view.
Asking for one of these options:
Have the files flow over to Insight and attached to the online scheduling appointment
Allow the files to be sent to a specified email or fax number after a patient books an online appointment and uploads files
