Authorization Tracking Version 2 - Updated Reports

For the Updated Reports/ Authorization Tracking V2, it would be helpful to have a real time ACTUAL remaining Auth # column which does NOT include future scheduled appointments. In example, if in auth is in a case for 4 visits with date range 01/01/2023-04/01/2023 and patient has 3 ARRIVED visits against that auth, the remaining auth number in report should be 1. However based on current report, they are considering future appointment's so if patient has 3 more appointments scheduled the auth number is -2 but it's really just 1 auth remaining until that 4th visit is arrived. So basically looking for a real time "auth" # of visits remaining which does not consider future appointments. Only tells you what is arrived against that auth number. Hope I explained this ok?
