Security access should be split in Staff Editor

We would like security access to be split from the Staff Editor section. This is credentialing related (for example, 1) whether someone is available in a schedule 2) whether someone is able to co-sign 3) whether someone is able to have a schedule 4) updating the NPI) and should be owned by the credentialing team. They should be able to modify clinic access.
