Analytics Report time stamp with am/pm or military time

When running report on documentation finalization noted the day/time stamp is available however unknown if am/pm. This is important data need to check if documentation is being done in timely manner based on specific expectations. Per our billing system there is a 9pm cutoff at end of month. I cannot tell is 9:24 is am or pm.. is therapist on time or late? This info is found in the signed document and all the other info comes over to analytics not sure why the am/pm cannot come over too.
