AUTHORIZATIONS TO EXPIRE

I think it would be a good extra safety net to have the system pop-up a "warning" box, or show the expiration date in red, when an authorization is about to expire. This safety net is in WebPT, so I'm not sure if it can be implented here. The PT's have it pop-up in red, but it doesn't do it for the care coordinators.
