Comprehensive Audit Report

A comprehensive & itemized audit report is required that captures all activities a staff member performs in the system.

The User Detail report provides no patient level detail & is not helpful. The other audit report, Access Audit Report - User, is rolled up by patient. If you run for more than one day, and the same staff member access a report on more than one day, you will not see them review/access that account.

This is required for compliance and overall monitoring of activity within the system.
