SELF REFFERED

When a patient is self referred billing is still requiring an attending physician on the billing, which would be a current MD they are under care with. When self referred is selected we need it to pull the Primary MD info in to be the Attending in the billing.

    What is the rationale for requiring an attending MD? With Direct Access there are times that we have clients that do not have an attending physician.
