Start/Stop times for services

Some payers are requesting the start & stop time for therapy services performed instead of total minutes. Are there fields in Clinicient for the start/stop time to be added?

    United Healthcare started requiring "all treatment session notes must include start and stop time in treatment" on 4/1/23 in their medical policy. At this point, Clinicient does not have the capability to have this as an option outside of manually typing into the Notes section of the documentation. This has caused and increased administrative burden because we have to check every single note and remind the PT/PTAs to include this. Please create a column for start/stop time to appear in the documentation and to be printed as needed. Thanks.
