All AR Reports are able to run for Multiple Clinics

Similar to the updated V2 reports for AR Payer Category and Payer and AR-Financial, please have all AR Reports in Clinicient updated with the ability to run the report for more than one clinic at a time (checkbox on clinic drop down). This has become imperative for our Finance team who must have the AR Data for more than one clinic at a time lumped together.
