Therapist productivity reports

We have several appointment types, specific to us (all of their Default Statuses are set to "Tune-Up" in our Clinical Settings. These types of appts (BFR Appointment, Cupping Appointment, Sports Performance Appointment, Trigger Point Dry Needling Appointment and Tune-Up Appointment) will all skew our visits/case data due to the very unique nature (these are appointments outside of a standard treatment plan that we anticipate only happening 1-2 times per case in most instances). Can our settings be adjusted so that these appointments are not included in the "Visits/Case" measurement. We're trying to coach our therapists to appropriate dosing practices and the data is not credible when trying to discern their average visits/case for standard treatment plans with these appts included.
