Other Adj Detail for Period v2 report

Could the Other Adj Detail for Period v2 report be added as a non-period report as well with the ability to run by date range vs Period? We routinely have a need to report out on Other Adjustments and the Other Adjustments report under Claims Research is inefficient and requires a great deal of manual calculations given it doesn't include the ability to run for All Clinics.
