Feedback on the new layout in the case information
The Plan of care section should have it's own section, similar to ICD-10s. Having it lumped into the 3rd column with the referral source sections makes it so you can't see all of the POCs at once - it's very confusing to look at these and scroll through, only seeing one at a time. please see screen shot to see how this is an issue with the POC being the 3rd column. Additionally, the referring information should be at the bottom. It is way more important for therapists to see POC and ICD-10 diagnosis codes than the referring info...
