Unable to activate a Patient in IGO if a case is created when inactive
When you create a case prior to activating it you cannot go back and activate the case without getting the error message, "Please discharge all cases before deactivating patient". You then have to proceed to opening the patient's chart, discharging the patient, then activate the patient, and then create a new case. The penalty for forgetting to hit "activate" first causes what seems to be an excessive amount of work. Would like for there to be a way to simply activate a case, even if a case is created first.
