We would like to see a free text alert box available for each patient.
This free text alert box could be activated within the patient record for any internal alert for the patient needed.
The alert box would pop up every time the patient was selected on the schedule -left click selection, a right click selection, when you search a patient's name at the top right and when a new note is opened.
This alert box could be removed/deactivated by removing the text from the alert box in the patient record or removed by unselecting an alert feature in the patient record.
Here are some examples of how I can see this alert box being used in our clinics.
*Last approved visit. Do not schedule without talking to the front office.
*Patient only wants to see Emily.
*Patient only wants to see a female therapist.
*Patient has a balance, please make sure they stop by the front office before leaving.
*Patient has been sent to collections. Please collect $xxx.xx before scheduling a new eval.
*Ask patent when their next MD appointment is scheduled.
I'm sure there are many more reasons to have a popup alert anytime a patient is searched, about to be scheduled or has a new note opened.
