Please expand the very small margins for notes in the Procedures section of the evaluation and daily treatment documents.

Please expand the margins for notes in the Procedures section of evaluation and daily documents as all information has to be crammed into a 1-2 inch wide field. For some reason this section is very small, despite clinicians needing to enter significant amounts of data. Similar fields throughout these documents encompass nearly the entire width of the page. The current level of visibility slows treatment and may inadvertently cause errors to occur. A wider margin would allow for ease of reading this section and be consistent with the other sections of the documents.

    If you hover on the right edge of the text box and then click and drag when the <||> symbol (similar) appears, you can make those boxes wider. Same applies for the bottom line as well. They are limited to a specific number of characters though.
