Creating new case- populates insurance from the last created case

Original write-up for reference only

· It would be easier if ins were chosen the same that it would auto populate from last case I think because there is no guarantee that insurance remains the same from one case to the next and the variables that change within an insurance, this is why you need to renter it when a new case is opened. It truly would be more efficient to update or change the information then to not have it populate.
