Add subscriber address field in InsightGO

There are fields we use for intake that are not available in InsightGO which we would like to have added so our admin can use the web version to complete intakes. These are "Primary MD" and "cell carrier" within the client's demographics/case pages. The subscriber address field is also not available in InsightGO when adding insurance information - can that be added as well?
