Hello, and thanks for your feedback! Would you mind providing us with a bit more information on this idea? Where in the system would you like to see the Authorized Visit Number where you are not seeing it now? We do display it currently on the schedule, in the side menu, and in the chart in both Insight Classic and InsightGO. We want to ensure that we are capturing this idea with as much detail as we can. Thanks!

not to sound cliché however I did use to work for one of the LARGE NATIONAL pt chains. When we click in a person with AUTH, a window would pop up and alert how many visits were left. IE … "patient has +4 authorized appts". OR "This is the patient's LAST AUTHORIZED APPOINTMENT. " OR " Patient is -3 AUTH visits ". The person had to ACKNOWLEDGE the window before it was completely checked in. This helped both the therapist (perchance they checked in the patient ) and the front desk to be all on the same page.

the side menus are very helpful, but they do become white noise. We stare at this screen all day long. Therapists see 12-15 patients a day. Front desk sees 80-100 a day. That side menu is great, but it is not a go-to for info.

I am asking for a report, so if we want to run a report for patients coming in that day or that week, we can see all the auths visits "remaining" for that patient on one report? I know they are at the individual patient level on schedule but if you want to work off a report or list, want to see remaining authorzed visits for patients scheduled the next day or upcoming week. Make sense? Thanks.

Auth report should show how many used (as of date running report) and how many remaining (as of date running report).

Future visits are somewhat irrelevant if they no show, cancel or reschedule etc. The report should show the authorized total and how many they have used so far and how many remain, whether they are scheduled or not.

It would be nice to see it on the main page that pulls up when you open the patient's account. On the far left next to appointments it lists the total number of visits, but that takes into account all appointments including no shows and cancellations. We would also like to see a total of just arrived visits so that we have an accurate count of visits that reflects the total we need to take into consideration for insurance purposes such as worker's compensation claims.

I cannot speak for InsightGo but the authorized visit numbers shows in the Classic/Desktop version. It would be nice if it showed the number available or used in the Clinical Issues list as well. We manually count out all authorization visit counts weekly as the counts are not always accurate in Clinicient because they are based on arrived/signed appointments.

Auth report should show how many used (as of date running report) and how many remaining (as of date running report), future visits are somewhat irrelevant if they no show, cancel or reschedule etc. so showing the "scheduled" and "remaining"based on what is scheduled just means you are just that "scheduled" but does not tell you how many already used based on prior arrival

even in classic, it is nothing but WHITE NOISE. The number is simply shown in the box next to the schedule. Front desk doesn't even care about about that box.
