Please create a simple report with the patient name and payer only that can be printed daily or weekly. This is helpful for front office workers that is handling 100+ patients scheduled every day.


At the end of the day, the worker can print the report and see quickly and easily which pateints need authorization instead of having to click through each patient on the schedule individually.


Until you work the front desk and understand how little time you have, and how many patients no show or cancel, WebPT would be helping greatly by creating this simple report.

    Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This functionality currently exists in InsightGO. Please follow the below steps:

    • In IGO, click on the Menu icon in the top left hand corner

    • Click on Reports

    • Click on the drop down menu and select Appointments Research

    • Select your desired date range and clinic, then click View Report

    • Once the report populates, click on Columns on the upper right corner and deselect all. Then select “Patient Name” and “Primary Insurance Payer”

    • The report should then only display these two columns

    • You can save this report as a favorite by clicking on the icon in the top right corner
