Body charts for pain in the note

A friend is using a software called practice perfect. There are body charts for pain in the note so you can mark where the patient has pain. I love that! For hand therapists, it would be super helpful to have pictures of the hands show up in the chart so when we perform a Semmes Weinstein Monofilament testing, we could color those hands in with the right color (red, green, blue, and purple). We do this testing A LOT and right now are required to either add something into attachments or describe what we are doing in words in the chart. It’s important that it is a part of the chart notes.
