Cosign: Route to Supervisor always checked

Currently when I go to select a supervisor to cosign my note the box which says "check to send to supervisor" remains unchecked. This has caused problems in the past because if I click on my supervisor's name I have forgotten to click the box to route it to them resulting in having to unlock notes to send them to be co-signed. In order to prevent unnecessary locking and unlocking of notes it would be nice if when I select a provider from the drop down to cosign a note that box would automatically be checked to route to them. Thank you!
