Upload pictures to chart

We treat a lot of wounds and right now we take pictures and really never add them to the chart. Pictures are very important for documenting the progression of a wound and if we could easily upload that INTO the chart note, that would be WAY COOL. I am sure that most people who see post-operative patients would appreciate the ability to upload pictures from the phone into the chart.
