Text/email cancellation notice to entire caseload if weather event or therapist out

It would be helpful if the front desk had a way to notify an entire therapist's caseload that the therapist is out for the day and that their appointment is cancelled. (Also- would be helpful for adverse weather events when the whole clinic has to be closed). It would be nice if it could be customized to some extent by each clinic.
