On InsightGO when creating a letter, there is no "save" option. Rather, must "print" the letter, which will save it, and then cancel the print (as that is generally not needed)
Additionally, for letters generated in GO, there is no label as to the letter type after it is saved. Rather, it labels it as "printed letter" making it hard to search for the document that was created. Would love a save option and a more specific letter designation. Thanks.
Even if we could rename it after it saved that would help, a "save" option would definitely be ideal.
