Be able to Edit Appt or Status from Note history on completed notes

Since the update we can change the status and/or edit appointment from the note history section. This is great, but I noticed you can't change it retroactively. It would be nice if you could still change the status or edit appt after completing a note. That way, if you do complete a note and need to go back to edit it you can do it through note history and not have to do it the long way through the schedule.
