Patient ID Numbers

Example: the SSN number is 9 digits if you try to enter with less than you get a warning see below.

This should also happen when you try to enter a Medicare ID that is not the correct number of characters, but there is no warning as there is when a full SSN is not entered.

Medicare ID# is ALWAYS IS 11 so perhaps software should be restricted to 11 characters for when you add a Medicare plan

The id filed be set to only accept 11 characters?
