Sort waitlist by start date rather than entry date

Start date - The ordering of people is based on the order in which they were entered. Could these always default to start date (earlier to later). So when I look at this week's list they are intermingled with other weeks because they are listed in the order they were entered. When I click on "Start Date" to sort them in order they sort by oldest to newest and will not do the reverse order.
