Copay Collection Report (leave off appointments in a failed status)

Is it possible to add the appointment status to the Copay Collection Report so the front office can know to not calculate the copay?

It would even be better if unsuccessful appointments didn't even show up on the report.

Appointments that are in a failed status- i.e. canceled with notice not show on the report
