More control/customization for appointment reminders

We would like more options for appointment reminders that can be customized for each individual patient and case.

We'd like to specify how far in advance the patient gets a reminder -- 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, etc. -- as well as whether or not they get automatic reminders when an appointment time changes.

It would be nice if we could also specify different appointment reminder rules for different cases, since many of our patients are seen by multiple disciplines that might be seen in different settings (e.g., maybe they get PT appts in the clinic, OT appts at home, and SLP appts via teletherapy.) That way, for example, we could customize it so that a particular patient could get a reminder 24 hours in advance for a clinic visit, but 1 hour in advance for a teletherapy visit.
