Alphabetize the options for edit unavailable time

When I need to put in a meeting, or out of office etc, I have to search through about 50 options that are not in alphabetical order and also do not search easily. It takes an inordinate amount of time to find the right heading, after adding different categories for so long. We can't delete old ones that are no longer relevant. It would help immensely to fix this.
