Appointment Notes in regular note section

It was brought to my attention that when notes are put into the schedule in GO (i.e when a patient cancels), they are not showing up in the 'note' section. You can see under appts why the patient canceled each visit (but these do get cut off & can't see the entire note). BUT all the notes seem to appear in Classic Clinician. This is an issue if someone only looks at Go to find the notes & cancel reasons, etc.
