Enhancements to Clinical Issue List

We would like the following columns to be added to the Clinical Issue List to improve overall utilization of the list, provide additional identifiers, and make it easier for Authorization to accurately use this report. Fields are below!

1) Patient ID

2) Clinic Name (As a Column will allow users who are working on multiple sites to select all and export to excel and set appropriately)

3) Payer Category

4) Current Authorization Expiration Date

5) Number of Visits remaining on current Authorization (Used Amount that are signed off, not based off Scheduled)
