Carry forward info to DC note

If a goal is met on a progress note the goal progress does not carry over to the discharge note, so it looks like we have goals that have not been addressed on the DC report even though they were addressed previously. I'd like the progress to carry over to the DC note to provide more clarity on our DC summaries.
