Is it possible to be able to access patient chart via the Case Management Report in Insight go? It would be nice to be able to click on patient name and be brought to the chart.
This same idea is in 2 feature requests below "improved case managment" and one other.
This would speed up the process SO MUCH!! Currently you have to go to search function to type in name to look up patient from case management. Then once you click into the chart and come back to case management tab it has started all over again. Any selction you made to filter by recent visits, etc is gone. It is currently very inefficient to manage. Really Need a link from patients name to get you to chart. And be able to hold onto any filters once you jump back into the Case Management Tab.
