Request - Flagging inappropriate ICD-CM Diagnosis

Looking to have a system alert for the clinicians when selecting a primary diagnosis that is inappropriate, it would flag an error.

For example: ICD-10 Diagnosis Codes. A list of ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes that are inappropriate to be used as the primary diagnosis. S21.90XS. S21.91XS. S21.92XS.

Specifically providing a list of codes that should not be used as the a primary diagnosis code… and when used, the clinician would receive a message advising that the Dx code used may not be used as the initial Dx code.

Yes please add this enhancement. I would add this should also apply to any secondary codes used as well. A good example is any unspecified code. Many payers are denying if one of these codes is used. Therapist should get a warning and decide to modify or bypass but a warning just the same is needed.
