Onset Date auto populate from chart note to Case Details

When completing an Initial Evaluation, why must I enter the onset date in my note (in the Subjective portion) and in the Case details? This is redundant and a waste of time. Please make this stop. Thank you.

Feature request for Onset Date to be entered in iGO chart note and have the system copy it to the Onset Date in the Case Information.
